On Friday, September 17, Mykola Tomenko, Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will make a working visit to the city of Kirovohrad.

M.Tomenko will meet the faculty and the students of Kirovohrad National Technical University to present the educational projects of the Mykola Tomenko Fund and the book "History of the Ukrainian Constitution."

The Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will attend the opening of the monument to Volodymyr Vynnychenko, Ukrainian writer, public and political figure, the first leader of the Ukrainian government.

In the afternoon, the Deputy Chairman will take part in "Z pershykh ust" TV program at the local TV channel.
